Rebirth of 900 Mhz Ethernet Bridges

Low & Slow Makes it Go!

Back in the pioneer days of wireless data transport, early data radios used the 902- 928 Mhz ISM band for their carrier frequencies. Advantages of this low frequency band were the ability to achieve wireless links without true line of sight or with line of sight, long distance propagation. The re-birth of 900 Mhz is here. Coupled with modern technology, this frequency-hopping spread-spectrum radio set will perform where others can't. Designed for distance and not speed, these radios will pass traffic through dense foliage, walls, and even buildings. If you need an Ethernet link and speed isn't a concern, don't pass up this technology. Of course there is no substitute for true line of sight with proper RF engineering and implementation, but when all other solutions don't come through - Low & Slow will help you make it go!

MDS iNET 900TM

The MDS iNET 900TM is a long range, high speed, industrial wireless IP/Ethernet solution. It allows customers to bring business information over Ethernet or a serial gateway and onto networks. This includes mission-critical, revenue-generating data from fixed assets such as oil and gas wells, compressor stations, pipelines, fluid storage tanks and utility meters. It also enables portable network access for vehicle based operation.

Data Rate:.512/256 Kbps user configurable air link 1,200-115,200 bps serial ports.

Applications:

  • Non Line Of Sight Applications
  • Telemetry
  • Remote Monitoring - Wireless Internet
  • Display Signs
  • Many More
